Salty Nutella S'mores


After dinner tonight I couldn't stop thinking about the s'mores from this weekend. I went to make one for myself but sadly my kids didn't get the memo. They had eaten all the chocolate and graham crackers that were left. I thought all was lost til I spied a box of Ritz crackers and pulled out the Nutella.

Swipe each cracker with a bit of Nutella and top with a marshmallow. Pop in 350 degree oven for 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows are pliable. Top with second Ritz cracker and enjoy.

After enjoying my fair share of these bad boys I thought I had really created something special. Google however kept my ego in check with several hits on the exact same recipe.

I'm taking the stance that great minds think alike.

  1. I am so on the salty bandwagon these days! I put salt on my brownies the other day before cooking and they were delish! Love that you put them on crackers :)
