Get Your Vlog On!
This is my vlog for lizziebtv's Get Your Vlog On! If you have been thinking about giving vlogging a try - I say go for it! :) Your vlog can be about anything!My Tips for Catching Up Quick:
Enlist the help of your children...have them lay out shirts flat so that you can quickly slap hangers in them!
I forgot to mention - when I get really behind with laundry - I separate my laundry much differently...I will was all shirts, jeans and then towels...it's much easier to fold a load of laundry if it is all shirts or all jeans.
Use a large basket...go completely through the room putting everything into the basket that doesn't belong. Then while one person is disturbing everything to it's proper place - dust, sweep and vacuum.
Make sure that your bills have a place to go to immediately after opening...this will ensure that you know what it due, needs to be paid and is a great way to stay organized for the month!

ReplyDeleteLaundry is such a bore. I got me some folding to do today...SIGH.
Enlisting the help of your children does help. But mine are in school right now...Grrrr.

Thanks for sharing! I really do save time with those laundry tips, I also stopped folding the kids clothes the toddler gets dressed too many times a day and goes throw the drawers unfolding it all anyway, and the baby has too many little things I could be folding ALL day! LOL
ReplyDeleteAlso I have a bill record chart that is just something I made up in XCEL that shows which bills are due when how much they are the date I paid them and etc... :) I always can just look up that one chart and know what is still due.

I'm having a blast checking out and meeting so many new and wonderful vloggers.As for your catching up tips - they're great. My biggest challenge is "implementing" them! LOL. I really wish I had that home finance organizer thing because I find bills in my purse, in my grocery bag, in the car, etc... and unlike you I've had a few late bill charges - Uggggggggg.
