Fiber One 90 Calorie Review and Giveaway

With a busy schedule that always keeps you on your toes, it’s not always easy to find a quick snack that helps you feel full and isn’t loaded with calories but still tastes great.

Luckily, there’s a new solution for you! New Fiber One® 90 Calorie Chewy Bars can help you satisfy your sweet tooth without sabotaging your diet or your daily routine.
Available in flavors you’ll love, including chocolate and chocolate peanut butter, Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars contain 2.5 grams of fat. In addition, each serving is packed with five grams of fiber (20 percent of the daily recommended fiber intake, according to the Institute of Medicine), which can help keep you full, making sticking to a diet easier.
My Take:
I received a package of the bars along with some other goodies to help work weight loss into my busy schedule...and as a mom of 4 -- I will take all the help that I can get.
These bars were delicious. They were so yummy - that I didn't even miss the extra calories...which is not always the case with low cal snacks. They would be great to carry in your purse or diaper bag for when you are wanting a snack but don't want to wreak your calorie count for the day. I love them...my favorite being chocolate and peanut butter.
My kids thought that the bars were pretty fantastic too. While out shopping for groceries this week...Miss Maddy saw the bars on the shelf -- and wanted to pick some up. You know they gotta be good then cause you can't fool kids into thinking something tastes good.
The only down side?
There are 5 bars in a box -- With my family of 6 - I would have to buy 2 boxes to make sure that no one was left out -- oh what to do with the bonus 4 -- I am thinking purse stash aren't you?
Want a chance to offer one of my reader the same sample pack that I received?
Gift pack includes: Fiber One 90 calorie bars, pedometer, water bottle, reflective slap bracelet and fit and healthy food journal.Just leave a comment telling me:

I looked for those at our new Publix and they weren't on the shelves yet. Bummer. I eat Fiber One like it's going out of style. Looking forward to stocking up on the 90 calorie bars as soon as they become available here.
ReplyDeleteI love P90X. It helped me lose 60 lbs in 3 months after my second baby. I've also learned everything in moderation. You can eat what you want, just as long as you eat (1) serving, not 2 or 3. Thanks for the chance!

The best tip I've found: separate your snacks into single-serving-size snack bags (Ziploc, preferably), to keep track of calories and keep from going over budget on calories.

ReplyDeleteI currently take a night out to myself once a week to go to a weight watchers meeting and run errands. I could just do the program online, but it makes me more accountable to go to meetings. I'm always looking for low calorie high fiber snacks so this sounds perfect.

To make weight loss management easier. I have found that sticking to my daily walking early in the mornings, at the same time everyday. Five days a week has helped me so much.

cdziuba@aol.com My workout tip is to do it first thing in the morning. I find that I am most motivated then, and my motivation wanes during the day. It also keeps me from overeating all day.
