A Penny For Your Thoughts!!
My kids are constantly picking up spare change from the ground...I have never really given a second thought to it...it makes them happy -- but does it make a difference to the world? Not unless you make it.
Thanks to Madame Deals I have been alerted to a great project that I would love to share with you!
Jeffery Stain picked up a penny in front of a group of people including some teenagers who scoffed at the idea that a penny was worth stopping for...this got him to thinking about the value of a penny. He sold that penny to an artist who used it in a painting which got other artist's to use penny's in their art...They are all going to get together to see their penny art and the proceeds are going to used to buy food using coupons of course for Food Banks!!
What an awesome idea!!
Jeffery is going to try to turn his found penny into 1 million dollars in donated food!!

Tell Others: Tell your friend, family and anyone else that you know about Penny Experiment. The more people that know about it, the better chance that it will succeed.
Become A Fan On Facebook: If you are really motivated, you can take it even a step further and write something about Penny Experiment on your wall.
Follow Penny Experiment On Twitter and give a tweet from time to time to let your followers know about it.
Blog About Penny Experiment: If you have a blog or website, write a blog post about Penny Experiment.
Put Penny Experiment In Your Signature: Place Penny Experiment in the signature of your email or the signature of your posts on any forum where you are a regular member.
Send Coupons: The more coupons that I can get, the more chances I have to save when making food purchases for the food banks. If you have coupons that you will not use, consider sending them to me.
Purchase Penny Experiment Art: When the art becomes available for purchase, consider buying it. Not only will you get a unique piece of artwork, the money raised will also provide much more than that (hopefully 5 to 10 times as much) worth of food to local food banks through the use of coupons
