Random Acts of Kindness

This week with Random Acts of Kindness I would like to share something that my Hubby told me a few months ago. He had read a story about Kurt Warner (Quarterback for Arizona Cardinals)- Kurt and his wife Brenda have a tradition that we both thought was pretty awesome.
They anonymously pay for meals for other families when eating out. Apparently while dining out their were frequently offered comp'd meals...leading them to think about the fact that now they can afford to eat out.
In a story from USA Today that I found online Brenda Warner talks about the way that she used to order when they would dine out...no appetizer, no dessert and drink water...sound familiar? In the interview that Hubby saw Kurt Warner talked about how they get the whole family involved in picking the family who's check they will take care of.

What a great way to teach their children compassion for others. After Hubby told me about this we were dining out and I started to look around at the families around me...had they saved up to be able to afford the luxury of eating out?
