6 Word Saturday

If you would like to JOIN IN -- Click on the image above and link up your post with 6 words describing your life!!

My six words:

I will finish this book today!!

This is a really good book...but since I got my internet back...um it's a little hard to pull myself away and read it...but since I have been sick for the last half of this week...I haven't really felt like sitting here at the computer...I have be laid out on the couch with my cups of coffee and Theraflu. After I get this book finished I am going to try and put myself in the main character's mindset: I am going to put on my old clothes and iphone and get some things accomplished around the house.

What are you reading this week and what chores have you been avoiding?

  1. Don't know how you do it. Once I start a book (especially a good one) I just can't lay it down.

  2. We have a new library that opens November 14th, and so when I checked out books last time at the old libray which was closing, I got an extra 3 weeks to return them to the new library, so I got a huge stack! Then I got sick and one by one I have finished most of them. Three of them haven't caught my interest yet, so they may not get finished, but it was fun to get off of the computer and go back to old fashioned reading for awhile! Hope you are feeling better too.

  3. I'm reading my Bible. Been a while since I actually read it. Starting with Luke. And I'm writing this comment instead of cleaning like I promised I would. Though this is the LAST comment I will be writing until at least the living room is done! (And I think I'd freak if I lost my net connection. I'm really too addicted to having the world at my fingertips lol)

  4. Hi Melissa...

Isn't it the truth? Reading is my favorite indulgence, but there are so many distractions and so little time. Right?
