Wordless, Wordful, Works4Me, Weigh In and Body After Baby!!
I am going to combine a lot of meme's for this post...this a my fabulousWordless/Wordful/Works4me/Weigh In/Body after Baby Wednesday Extravaganza post...did I convince you that I am being cute and not just lazy?
HUH?
Yesterday was E's K-4 Field trip to the Pumpkin Patch you would think that this would be really exciting and that he would be pumped right? He was, until his parents rained on his parade. We were going on the field trip too -- and since there are no seat belts on buses....he had to ride with us...He was so sad. I think that he had already picked a seat buddy. I felt so bad...but I just can't understand why -- if it is mandatory for everyone to wear seat belts in cars -- how can they throw 30-40 people on a bus going the same speed limit as everyone else...and not have them. I rode the bus. This is not really the point of my post...I just don't get it. So for almost all the field trips -- we drive our kids. This Works 4 us...it's also a great way to ensure that when they are off having a good time...we are there too!!
So this is what we got the hour long ride to the Pumpkin Patch...the cold shoulder!! By the time we actually pulled into Ada though he was back to his normal self and he was even excited again once he realized that he got to walk around with his class and not his parents!!
The kids had a great time picking out pumpkins and I was surprised when the tractor driving looked at me sideways and asked where Our pumpkins were. I thought they were just for kids...so Greg and I grabbed a couple for ourselves!!
Miss M was blissful -- until she realized that she could only have one!

I was so happy to find out that Greg was going to be able to go on this field trip. We usually have to take turns.
Miss M was glad Daddy was there too!
OMGosh I can't begin to tell you how cute Baby Goats are!! They had 2 of these cuties in the petting zoo. I loved them!! They were so soft and warm!! Miss M was a little Leary of them...but don't hold it against her...one of the older billy goats gently head butted her when she tried to pet him...lol. I swear the goat knew she was just a baby...he did is so gently...but got the point across too! Now if you really know Greg and I -- you will be surprised to learn that Greg asked me last night if we could get one!! I couldn't believe it! LOL...he didn't even want to hold one!As I was previewing my post and fixing my spelling errors...I realized right here looking at this picture -- that I am going to throw in Weigh In Wednesday and Body After Baby meme's too-- Maybe it's laziness you say-- or maybe it's that for the first time...I can look at picture of myself and not want to delete it!! That's progress my friends. Oh and the fact that I got a lot of exercise yesterday walking around the pumpkin patch-- it was huge and hilly...that's a word right? That's all I got this week!!
There were a ton of things to do other than picking pumpkins...they had tricycle races.
and even a sand pile!! They even had inflatables, a giant swing...I was Little People Big World and really want to visit Rollof Farms-- this was like a mini version of that!
I realized yesterday how easy we used to have it...with 2 kids...there was one hand for each of us to hold. It was so much easier then the circus that is our family now. LOL. If you have 4 or more kids...you know what I am talking about. It doesn't matter what you are doing -- when there are that many hands to hold, kids to take turns, heads to count and hugs to give...it's like there is never enough of you.
All in all it was a great trip!! We are thinking of taking all the kids back with us this weekend or next...I think we could all have a blast together!

I need to join the body after baby I need to find a workout video I was thinking dance of some kinda... help me find one! Ask your weigh in buddies if they have suggestions would you?
That really does look like fun, especially since you all got to go!
